Chica is our newest addition, the first puppy we've kept in almost 5 years due to our desire to keep our numbers in the house manageable and give everyone their fair share of attention. Chica is already earning her first titles (earned her CKC and then AKC Senior Hunter in straight tests in early 2008) and has two Master legs, had a stellar temperament test and the conformation pluses we were looking for from this long planned breeding, combining some of the best field and show lines with our solid foundation of working ability, health and temperament. Joanne is working with sire Lad's co-owner Colleen McPoland to bring out Chica's exciting talents to the fullest, and very much appreciates their hours of effort and advice. We expect Chica to be close behind her dad in earning Master Hunter titles and will run her in Qualified All Age tests as well. And along with her, her sister "Wyn" has her Senior Hunter title and is also running in Master in 2008, with Vida Ross who has already achieved Master Hunter, UD status with a previous Zaniri Golden. Spicey Chili Pepper (Chili) is owned by Gwen Milley and is now a CARDA certified Senior search dog at Whistler. Chili is collecting his health clearances and additional titles and may be shown in conformation in future.
